Agreement overview

By accessing and using Arab African International Bank (AAIB) services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

1. Account Maintenance

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AAIB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3. Financial Transactions

All financial transactions are processed securely. AAIB reserves the right to hold or delay any transaction that it believes, in its sole discretion, may be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AAIB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Service, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
